He is really cool he's by far my favourite character!! 15 just came out and is really cool and KOf 2002 goes on sale for pretty cheap on steam/fanatical. Alot of people also play on fightcade

The designs remind me of Trondhelm's comic series "Donjon" while the pixel art is like a higher quality version of Space Funeral's art, great work!
